  • Product availability is not guaranteed. Items may sell out or be discontinued at any time, and we are not obligated to fulfill orders for out-of-stock items.

Software Licenses

When you purchase a software license from Stitch A Lot Studio, the following terms apply:

  • Each software license is granted for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
  • A single license may be activated on up to three (3) devices that you own.
  • Licenses are non-transferable. You may not sell, share, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your license to another person.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software provided by Stitch A Lot Studio.
  • We reserve the right to revoke your license if you violate any of these terms. In the event of a revocation due to a terms violation, no refund will be issued.

Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal. Stitch A Lot Studio does not store your credit card or payment account information on our servers.
  • All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
  • You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), customs duties, or other taxes and fees associated with your purchase, as determined by your local jurisdiction.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times displayed at checkout and in order confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Stitch A Lot Studio is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
